A snapshot of the work behind the work.
Scaled the international branch of a localization SMB from 6 to 50 production team members in two years.
Built the operations and translations departments of a regulated-industry translation company from scratch.
Validated and pre-sold a production management software product for SMB localization companies. $10K in pre-sales before development began.
Designed and implemented account penetration and process improvement programs across two enterprise localization firms.

I've spent the last twenty years inside operations. Leading teams, designing systems, and helping B2B service companies grow through the messy stretch between "we've found traction" and "the business runs without me."
Most of that work has been in localization, with stretches in tech startups and B2B service companies running distributed teams. I've scaled production departments from a handful of people to fifty, built translation and operations functions from zero, and rolled out account penetration and process improvement programs at enterprise scale.
The turning point in my career was a Christmas project that nearly broke me. We delivered. The client was thrilled. My team and I were wrecked. That was the moment I stopped believing growth had to feel like that, and started building the operating philosophy I work from now: calm, sustainable, human-first. The people inside the business are the business.
Offers are being reworked this quarter. If you're an owner-operator running a B2B service business, and you'd value a senior pair of eyes on what's holding the team back, I'd like to hear from you.
